Welcome to Thaazhai by Nature. By accessing [www.thaazhaibynature.com] or 
placing an order, you agree to these Terms. 
1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old (or have a guardian's consent) to place 
an order. 
2. Products & information We try to display product details, ingredients, and images 
as accurately as possible. Actual colour and packaging may vary slightly. Our products 
are natural food preparations; minor variations in colour, texture, and taste across 
batches are normal and not defects. 
3. Pricing & payment All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of 
applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices and 
correct any pricing errors. Payment must be completed through our approved gateways 
before dispatch. 
4. Orders We reserve the right to accept, limit, or cancel any order (e.g., suspected 
fraud, stock issues, or delivery-area limits). If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full 
refund. 
5. Intellectual property All content on this site — the Thaazhai by Nature name, logo, 
product names, text, graphics, and photography — is our property and may not be 
copied or reused without written permission. 
6. Health & product use Our products are food items and are not intended to 
diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please read ingredient lists for 
allergens and consult a physician if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical 
condition, or have allergies.  
7. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thaazhai by Nature 
is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products or site. 
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. 
8. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are 
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. 
9. Changes We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site means 
you accept the updated Terms.
