We're delighted to bring Thaazhai by Nature to your home. Order processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email/SMS, followed by tracking details once your order ships. Orders placed on Sundays/public holidays are processed the next working day.

Domestic shipping (India) 

• We ship across India through trusted courier partners [e.g. Delhivery / Bluedart 
  / India Post]. 
•  Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location (metros 
  faster; remote pin codes may take longer).

Tracking A tracking link is shared once your order is dispatched. Please allow 24 hours 
for tracking to activate. Delays We're not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, customs, or events beyond our control, but we'll always help you follow up. 
Incorrect address / failed delivery Please enter your address and pin code carefully. 
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts
