Return & Refund Policy 


At Thaazhai by Nature, every batch is made with care, and we want you to love what 
arrives at your door. Because our products are food items meant for consumption, 
returns are handled differently from non-perishable goods, in line with food-safety 
norms. 
Damaged, defective, or wrong items If your order arrives damaged in transit, with 
broken/tampered packaging, or is the wrong product, we'll make it right. Please notify us .
within 24 hours of delivery at [support@thaazhaibynature.com] with: 

  •  Your order number 
  • Clear photos of the product and the outer packaging 
  • A short description of the issue 


Once verified, we'll offer a free replacement or a full refund of the affected item(s), including any shipping you paid. 
What we cannot accept For hygiene and food-safety reasons, we are unable to accept 
returns or offer refunds on: 

  •  Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed (unless defective) 
  •  Items reported after the 24-hour window 
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery 
  • Change-of-mind requests on perishable food items


Refund process & timelines Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to reflect. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer/UPI — we'll request those details. 
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order is packed and handed to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled, but the damaged/defective policy above still applies.
